Laurianne really helps me during and after my sleep training with my little man. She explains well all the possible cause and solution to helped me settle my little man with his sleeping pattern.

She's also very consistent in follow ups 😊

Laurianne helped with sleep for my 5 month old, I was nap trapped or walking for every nap of the day and was exhausted.

We managed to get my son napping in his cot pretty much from day 1, no more feeding to sleep and I could finally drink a hot cup of tea or have half hour to myself. We also worked to more of a routine, to give my days with him a bit more predictability which I would say both him and me are much happier about.

We never miss naps, he doesn't get too tired and I can make plans for times which I know I'll be suitable. I was midst sleep regression when we started and sometimes up 7/8 times a night. We are in no way consistent now at night as he still feeds a fair bit sometimes but we have had nights with only 2 feeds and I would say this is more frequent now so hopefully this will be the norm soon.

Laurianne was kind and helpful and provided some really useful information around why certain things or nap times would work and I found that really helped me. I would definitely recommend her services and would like to thank her for helping this mumma to get some time back for myself and to feeling slightly more in control.

When I started sleep training with Laurianne I was hesitant as nothing had worked before. My son now sleeps through the night at almost 4 years old! It was good because I constantly had her check in and make me be accountable for sticking to the program (which is not easy for me).

We started working with Laurianne when our son Noah was about 10months. He had been waking up and feeding every two hours throughout the night since he was born. We also had to rock him to sleep for naps and at night time which was becoming physically draining as he grew. Within the first week of working with Laurianne and using her Mindful Baby Sleep techniques, Noah was sleeping through the night! Laurianne was delightful to work with and gave a full rounded analysis of Noah's schedule, sleeping environment and eating habits to help determine areas of improvement. We communicated over email and social media and she always got back to us quickly with answers to questions or concerns we had throughout the process. We are so thankful for your help, it was a game changer!
